About Us Mrs Wilson is a mother of three children, whose career spans over 30 years working with children of all ages as Youth Leader, Nursery Nurse, Swimming Instructor and Club Coach, gaining business and finance qualifications from Banking. As a Guider and holder of the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award she actively supports young people in their training, also the development of her staff, achieving the Investors In People Award and Aiming High quality assurance awards. She believes the care and education young children receive in their early years (up to 8yrs old) form the foundation for their future. If children are cared for with patience, love, understanding and respect, they too will grow to show kindness, love, and an acceptance of others, promoting their own social awareness and academic ability, achieving personal potential. Individual assessment and progress is carefully recorded, offering encouragement and praise to all. Extending our Services to extracurricular subjects, also very Active and Fun Packed Out of Hours Clubs - "ALLSTARS" at Haslington, Sandbach and Crewe area.
